Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to leave the warehouse. Once your order ships, it typically takes 2-5 business days in transit depending on where you are located.

We provide flat rate standard shipping of $5 for all orders shipped within the continental United States.

Orders over $110.  receive FREE SHIPPING!

We offer Expedited Shipping: You can select this option at the end of checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to leave the warehouse.

Returned Mail:

We are not responsible for re-shipping packages that are returned to us because the address provided by the customer was incorrect. The buyer will be responsible for repaying for shipping and handling before we will send the package again.

Customers are responsible for customs and taxes on all packages and we will not accept refunds or cancellations of orders if duties are not paid. Return Policy

If an item is received damaged, we will gladly replace it. We stand by all our products.

You can cancel an order at any time before a shipping label is created. After a shipping label has been created, we can no longer cancel or change an order. At that point, all orders are considered final sales.

We offer our customers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept filter returns for any reason.

If you need to return our product because the product doesn’t fit or another reason, please contact us to go through the return process.

Safety and the health of all our customers, staff etc. is our number one priority here at FiltAirScarf please be considerate of the current environment when handling your returned products. Some orders may be subject to a restocking fee. (Usually just return shipping costs)

Cancellations

All cancellations and returns must be confirmed with a cancellation notice or returns with an RMA number.

Damaged Products

If you have a damaged product, you need to do the following:

  • Contact customer service by phone (949-978-9188) or email. (support@FiltAirscarf.com)
  • Include images that showcase product damages.
  • We will send you a free return label to return the damaged product(s) to us and we will send out a replacement product to you.
  • If you require a refund, we will issue a return label. Upon receiving your returned items, we will issue a refund for the value of your FiltAirscarf product.
